Not only interconnecting ATM/POS systems of local banks, Banknetvn has an ambition to link up with regional and international switches.

Up to now, Banknetvn has successfully linked-up to China Union Pay (CUP) enabling Chinese cardholder customers to execute transactions at all ATMs of banks belonging to Banknetvn network. 

Banknetvn is also under the process of negotiating with such regional partners as Malaysian Electronic Payment System Sdn Bhd (MEP) and have singed Memorandum of Understanding with Bancnet (Philippines), NETS (Singapore) in order to constantly enlarge the network coverage for its member banks.

Another target that Banknetvn is looking at is to become a third party processor for international card schemes like Visa International. American Incorporated, etc. Banknetvn will do its best to realize this objective in the near future.
